Tracey Lewis Obituary

Tracey Dale Lewis, 55, of Patoka, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at his home. He was born October 20, 1965 in Princeton and formerly worked for Grass Masters in Patoka.

He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Wayne Lewis Sr.

Tracey is survived by his 3 children, Tariq and Isabella Lewis both of Princeton and Gage Lewis of Francisco; mother, Charlotte Samsil of Evansville; 6 siblings, Tony Fellows, Phillip Wayne Lewis Jr., Robert Paul Lewis, Chuck Lewis, Kevin Lewis and Cari Mabrey; several aunts; and also, a life long friend, R. J. Hull.

At this time there is no visitation or service planned.
