Teresa Ann McIntyre, 68, of Princeton, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at home. She was born July 27, 1954 in Morrilton, AR to Rev. George Edward and Willie Lee (Busby) Wright. She had lived in Princeton the last 50 years and attended St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. She worked for SMC Maintenance Company. Teresa enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and all of her family. She also loved music. In her younger years, she sang with her sisters in the group, The Wright Sisters.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Ronald “Red” McIntyre of Princeton; children, Barbara Lee Wright (Joe) of Evansville, Euronda Wright of Princeton and Ronald “R.J.” McIntyre, Jr. (Starr) of Princeton; grandchildren, Raven Greer, Ryha McIntyre, Lamont Shemwell, Joe Garrett, Jr., Shaina Santos and Khailee Lehman; three great grandchildren; sister, Brenda Coffer (Pastor Rodney Sr.) of Princeton; brother, Daryl E. Wright (Cheryl) of Kansas City, MO; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandchild, Rondee Wright; and sisters, Linda, Gwendolyn and Bonita.
A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton officiated by Pastor Floyd Edwards, Elder James Wilkerson, Jr. and Pastor Rodney Coffer, Sr.. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Patoka. Visitation will be on Saturday at the funeral home from 11 am until the hour of service.
