Mary M. (Rembe) Dougan

Mary M. Dougan, 98, of Princeton, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020 at RiverOaks Health Campus in Princeton. She was born June 24, 1921 in Gibson County. She had lived in Princeton since 1981 moving from Ashland, Kentucky. Previously she had lived overseas and in Evansville. She had worked as produce manager for A & P Grocery. She was a member of Francisco United Methodist Church and the Rebekah Lodge in Francisco and enjoyed traveling and crafts.

She is survived by her nieces, Janice Hazel (Willy) of Princeton and Jerri Daffron of Henderson, KY; 9 great and great-great nieces; and 7 great and great-great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rex Rembe; mother, Lora (Parker) Rembe Willis; husband Charles H. Dougan in 1993; and sisters, Virginia Rembe and Martha Jean (Willis) Newton.

A private funeral service will be held at the graveside at Francisco Cemetery in Francisco officiated by Rev. Rick Lance. Colvin Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
