Kenneth Dossett Obituary

Kenneth Ray Dossett, 76, of Patoka, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at IU Health Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born August 15, 1946 in Princeton to the late Rex Dossett and Nettie (Morrison) Dossett. He graduated high school in Princeton and later graduated from Vincennes University. Kenneth married the love of his life, Judy (Schwartzlose) Dossett on August 1, 1969 blessing them with 53 years together. Kenneth was a veteran serving in the U.S. Coast Guard for four years, one year in Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and DAV and was a past member of the NRA. He worked for 20 years at Emge Meat Packing and then for Rexam Healthcare Containers, but in his spare time he liked being an auctioneer. He enjoyed going to flea markets, yard sales, and auctions, but his greatest joy was spending the winter in Florida with his wife. Although he was not known as a social butterfly, his memories will live in those that knew and loved him.
