Karen Anne Dodd

Karen Anne Dodd, 56, of Fort Branch, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2020 at her home. She was born on August 31, 1964 in Evansville, IN to William Frank and Nancy (Shoulders) Dodd. She was a graduate of Princeton Community High School Class of 1982. She had resided in Fort Branch for 2 years moving from Princeton. She had worked for several years as an office secretary at Hurst Manufacturing. She was a member of Broadway Christian Church in Princeton. She enjoyed writing poetry and loved being with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Derek Hatfield (Mya) of Princeton, Heather Taylor of Haubstadt and Sean Hatfield of Princeton; grandchildren, Vander Hatfield, Hazel & Dezmond Taylor and Jayce Hatfield; brothers, John Dodd of Oakland City and Mark Dodd of Evansville.

Karen is preceded in death by her parents.

There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the hour of service.
