Obituary
Cathy L. Meier, went to be with her Lord, March 17, 2023. She was born April 16,1955 in Dawson Springs, Kentucky to Gayle and Linda Purdy and married Joe R. Meier on September 7, 1974. She worked for Farmers Insurance for 16 years and branched out to her own agency for the last 3 years. Cathy enjoyed her garden and was very much a people person. Cathy and Joe moved to Princeton in 1989 and are members of the First General Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Purdy and her brother, Steve Purdy.
Cathy is survived by her loving husband, Joe Meier, her daughter, Vicki Stephens; granddaughters, Casey Meier and Patience Stephens; and great-grandson and pride and joy, Silas Bernard Baleda.
The funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton officiated by Pastor Brad Keenan. Visiting hours will be held from 2 until 4:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
