Brian Stallings Obituary

Brian Gerald Stallings, 49, of Oakland City, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021 at home. He was born on February 14, 1972 in Landstuhl, Germany. He was a graduate of North Posey High School Class of 1990. He had lived in Oakland City for 2 years after moving from Hazleton. He was an oil well pumper for Map Oil in Stewartsville, IN. He enjoyed his animals, especially his dog, Jypsy, who went to work with him every day. He took great pride in his home and loved spending time with his family. He was a fan of the Chicago Cubs and North Carolina Tar Heels.

Brian is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Spore) Stallings of Oakland City; mother, Elisabeth (Harris) Winternheimer of Wadesville; father, Boyd Winternheimer of Wadesville; siblings, Jeff Harris (Corrie) of Red Oak, TX, Richard Stallings (Rachael) of Mt. Vernon, Kenneth Stallings (Heather) of Evansville and Melissa Winternheimer of Wadesville; mother-in-law, Judy Miller (Mike) of Princeton; father-in-law, Bob Spore (Carol) of Princeton; nieces, Raygan Stewart, Madison Stewart and Raycee Stallings; and nephew, Kaiden Stewart.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, May 7, 2021 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev. Wayne Rowland officiating. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the hour of service on Friday at the funeral home. Due to COVID-19 state mandates social distancing is required and masks are recommended.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gibson County Animal Services, P.O. Box 474, Princeton, IN 47670. Envelopes will also be available at the funeral home.
