Joseph E Ellerbruck

Joseph E. Ellerbruck, 39, of Somerville, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018 at the Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. He was born February 2, 1979 in Oakland City, IN to Walter Ellerbruck Jr and Jane (Dent) Ellerbruck, both deceased. He worked at Vuteq for 10 years. He loved to hunt and fish and he loved the Denver Broncos.

He is survived by his wife, Brandy Ellerbruck of Somerville; son, Joseph “Blayne” Ellerbruck at home; brothers, Mike Ellerbruck (Carolyn Schmitt), Ryan Ellerbruck and Bryan Ellerbruck (Ashley); step-brother, Mike Drew; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ron Green Jr and Sherry Green; brothers-in-law, Claude Green (Tara), Ronnie Green (Shannon), Josh Green (Kelly) and Devon Green (Amber); and several nieces and nephews.

The family will host a Celebration of Life service and gathering from 1 pm to 8 pm on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at The Lynnville Park, 405 West SR 68, Lynnville, IN 47619. Service will start at 1 pm with a meal and gathering to immediately follow. Service will be officiated by Brother David Brandon. Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City has been entrusted with arrangements.
